Meet Your Coach - Sara Back
PT, Physiotherapist & Your Expert in Sustainable Strength and Balanced Health

Hello! I’m Sara Back, and I’m passionate about helping you achieve your ultimate physical potential—safely and sustainably. I’m a licensed Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, and former IFBB Bikini Pro athlete. My diverse career has given me a truly unique perspective on strength, performance, and long-term health.

What sets my coaching apart is my deep expertise in understanding the body’s complex needs — especially important for women balancing career, family, and personal well-being.
 

My coaching is grounded in anatomical knowledge and injury prevention — key factors for training safely and effectively. I design programs that rebuild function and strength, for example after pregnancy, or to address the common tensions and pain that come from a busy life as a parent.
 

Quality over Quantity: We focus on strength training that delivers maximum results — without spending endless hours in the gym. It’s about finding smart, efficient ways to save both time and energy.

Nutrition That Fuels Your Energy

Over the past 15 years, I’ve tested and refined countless nutrition plans. My biggest takeaway? Extreme diets rarely work. My philosophy is all about sustainability and energy.

  • I help you create meal plans that support your energy through long workdays and help you reach your fitness goals — without giving up family dinners or flexibility.

  • Every body is unique. Having experienced both plateaus and setbacks myself, I’ve developed the tools to personalize your plan to your specific needs — whether your goal is fat loss, muscle growth, or simply steady energy and balance.

From Elite Athlete to Coach

My own athletic journey has shaped my mission. It began with track and field and football at a national level, evolved into sculpting my body through strength training, and culminated in competing as an IFBB Pro on the prestigious Olympia stage in 2016. But in early 2019, after years of chasing titles, I felt my passion for training fade. I stepped back, started playing beach volleyball, and rediscovered the joy of performance and variety.
That realization became the foundation of my coaching philosophy — helping you achieve your goals while keeping joy, motivation, and balance at the center.

I’m here to share my full expertise — from both the elite athlete and the physiotherapist perspective — so you can take control of your health and strength the smart way.
