Hello! I’m Sara Back, and I’m passionate about helping you achieve your ultimate physical potential—safely and sustainably. I’m a licensed Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, and former IFBB Bikini Pro athlete. My diverse career has given me a truly unique perspective on strength, performance, and long-term health.

What truly differentiates my coaching is my deep, specialist knowledge in flywheel training. With over 6 years of hands-on experience working as an employee at Exxentric, I possess deep, insider knowledge of the training and equipment. This means I know the hardware, the data, and the optimal programming. I am also a Certified Exxentric Master Trainer, ensuring your programs are perfected for maximum power, muscle growth, and injury prevention.

From Elite Athlete to Sustainable Coach

My journey began in high-level sports—from national football league and 100m hurdles to winning the Arnold Classic Pro Qualifier and competing at the prestigious Olympia in 2016 as an IFBB Pro. This drive to "be the very best" has defined my career, transitioning from sculpting my own body through nutrition and strength training to helping others achieve their goals sustainably.
