This is the coaching package with everything you need to reach your goals! You get customized diet and exercise programs directly in the app that are updated every month. You can chat with me through the app 24/7 and you can keep track of your progress in the Check-In feature. Every week, you update me and based on your progress and thoughts, I adjust your programs. This is the most comprehensive coaching you can get. I plan, adjust and provide the tools, but remember, you have to do the work! 😉

When I contact you, you will be able to choose between 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of coaching. The prices for these options can be found here. Once you have chosen the length of time you want to commit to, a payment link will be sent. I use Stripe to offer a secure payment method.
You pay monthly on the day the coaching started.
A start-up fee is added as a one-time fee for new clients.
Once the first payment is made, you will receive a questionnaire to fill in. Try to fill this in as accurately as possible and please describe a typical breakfast, lunch and dinner in as much detail as possible when this question comes up.
You will receive your first diet and exercise program 1-2 days before we start.
