Here we focus on sculpting the body by first building muscle mass and strength and then moving into a fat-burning period to emphasise the amazing physique we have built.  Regularly scheduled recovery weeks with light exercise are also included.

The membership includes

  • A new training program every month. There are already plenty of workout plans in the app but to keep you motivated and engaged you'll get a new plan every month, carefully designed to maximize progress.

  • Progressive Overload: Each program builds on the previous month's workout, meaning the difficulty and intensity increases gradually. This ensures continuous improvement in strength and muscle mass over time.

  • A recipe book with 200 different meals.

  • Educational materials: Access to articles and videos on exercise, nutrition and health to ensure members are well informed and engaged in their fitness journey.

  • A personalised in-app tracker where you can follow your weight journey and progress by doing regular check-ins with fitness photos, measurements and weight updates.

  • No commitments. You can cancel your membership whenever you want.
     

Program Launches

  • August - September = Building phase 1. Here we focus on building solid muscle mass. Programs include a mix of heavy lifting, supersets, volume training and various techniques to ensure maximum hypertrophy.

  • October - November = Strength Phase 1. Later in the autumn we focus more on few reps, heavy lifting and trying to improve our max strength. 

  • December = Christmas calendar 2024 with 24 short effective sessions every day until Christmas.

  • January - February = Building and Strength phase 2

  • March - May = Before the summer we start a ‘Tone & Transform’ phase where the focus is on reducing the fat percentage while maintaining the muscle mass we have built up during the year.

  • June - July = During the summer months we run our Summer Glow program. These are short, effective workouts that are perfect for maintaining your results without taking too much time away from your summer celebrations and holidays. The focus is on maintaining your strength and physique, while giving you a real summer glow for 2025!

Extras

  • Recovery weeks = Regularly scheduled weeks for recovery with light exercise, focusing on muscle care and mobility. These weeks help prevent overtraining and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Mobility and stretch = The program includes specific sessions to improve flexibility and mobility, which are essential for maintaining good form and preventing injury.

  • Activity tracker = Connect other activity apps so you have everything in one place

  • Calendar where you can schedule daily activities, workouts and ToDo's.

  • Create daily good habits, milestones and goals and get reminders to do them through notifications.
